• Affiliate Marketing. Aroma includes affiliate links to third-party fragrance retailers. When you click on an affiliate link, the third-party retailer may collect certain information (such as your click and referral data) as part of standard affiliate tracking practices. We do not control how these third parties process this information, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.
• Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Our Services consist of general-audience editorial content about fragrances and do not contain material unsuitable for minors. If we learn that personal information from a child under this age has been collected without such consent, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

We have not collected any of the categories of personal information typically listed under US state privacy laws (identifiers, commercial information, biometric data, geolocation, etc.) in the past twelve (12) months, beyond what is described in Section 1 above.

Will your information be shared with anyone else?

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months, other than as described in Section 4 (Affiliate Marketing). We will not sell personal information belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.

You have rights under certain US state data protection laws, including the right to know whether we are processing your personal data, the right to access it, the right to correct inaccuracies, the right to request deletion, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
